Q. How do you use Univer Foods?
A. The same way you would use fresh herbs, spices, condiments or sauces. When following a recipe, replace the named spice by just using the Univer products instead. All of our products are ideal with any kind of meats, side dishes, soups and in dips and salad dressings. Just mix with your favorite ingredients with ours. On our Recipe page you will find many suggested uses and some great recipes.

Q. Can they be mixed together?
A. All of our products work exceptionally well together and allow you to create some of the classic flavors of the world: You can create your own unique combinations by experimenting with our Yogonéz as a mother sauce and mix and match in a variety or our other flavors.

Q. Is it a substitute for dried and fresh products?
A. Yes and more. The Goulash Creams and the Red and Gold are a blend of spices. And the Univer pastes are more practical as they stay fresh longer and are more convenient.
