The Gourmet Cookery Marketplace Brings the Delicious
Continental Flavors of Univer Foods to North America

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 2006--Denver-based Gourmet
Cookery Marketplace has acquired the distribution rights and FDA
approval to import and distribute the Univer food line. Univer
produces specially packaged fresh seasonings and condiments that
are unique to the United States, but have been enjoyed in Europe
for over 65 years. Gourmet Cookery Market will begin ramping up
to distribute Univer products across North America. They began
receiving containers in March and have already had a tremendous
response to the product line. The Univer cooking creams are new
to the continent in commercial distribution, and will find
popularity in their convenience, quality and taste.
The products in the Univer collection can all be used for
marinating, cooking, as a finishing flavor on cooked food,
spreads on sandwiches, salad dressings, stews, casseroles or
just for dipping. There is currently nothing on the shelves that
compare to these all natural flavoring products.
