This product is raw, rough-ground red paprika. It is used with stews, meat and fish. The paprika pieces are very visible -- which many people enjoy.

Sweet Ann gives a nice flavor to foods and is not hot. It can be mixed with sandwich spreads and is excellent mixed with margarine, cottage cheese and dairy products.

Paprika comes from a native plant which is grown in Central and South America. The Spanish were the first to introduce paprika to Europe. It is also used in medicine to ease pain from rheumatism.

Univer was the first company in Hungary to make paprika into a cream made from Pritamin and spice paprika.

Shelf life: 720 days

Paprika enhances the flavor of many foods.
